Not Included:

Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

This truly turnkey 20×20 custom trade show booth rental package boasts a sleek design that gives you the flexibility to customize your branding along with showcasing your products all in one space. Package 401 features an eye-catching tower in the center that will ensure that your branding will be seen on any busy trade show floor. This 16-foot center tower enables you to have the same impact as you would have with a hanging sign without the cost of rigging. Each side of the lower part of the tower has LED monitors with shelves for product display. This package also includes custom shelves in each of the walls and casual meeting areas with our Jolt USB Bar Tables.  All of our trade show exhibit rental packages feature top-of-the-line technology coupled with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
