Building an amazing LED exhibit or brand activation? Follow our graphic guidelines to make sure the process is smooth and successful.
Great exhibit experiences start with great preparation. To ensure your graphics are produced accurately and delivered on time, LV Exhibit Rentals requires final artwork a minimum of 30 business days before your exhibit ships.
This production window gives our team time to review files, prepare graphics, complete printing and production, and perform quality checks before your event. Artwork submitted after the 30-business-day deadline may require expedited production and could be subject to rush fees.
For every exhibit project, we provide a detailed graphic map identifying each graphic area along with exact dimensions and panel numbering.
To help streamline production:
Before production begins, we provide graphic proofs for review and approval so you can verify that everything looks right before printing.
