  • 4 LED arm lights
  • Square or Circular Hanging Sign (rigging not included as this is a show exclusive service)
    • Hanging sign hardware
  • Locking Walk-in Storage Closet (Door on side of tower)
  • 50″ LED Monitor – mounted onto front of tower
  • Furniture (based on availability) includes:
  • 32oz Carpet – Choose between Gray or Black
  • Literature Rack
  • Trash Receptacle
  • Dedicated Project Manager
  • Delivery to and from venue
  • Exhibit install & dismantle

Not Included:

Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

This truly turnkey 20×20 custom trade show booth rental package boasts a modern yet simple design that maximizes your space with a layout that provides flexibility to customize your branding and allows for easy attendee traffic flow. Package 420 features an 11-foot tower with curved corners along with a hanging sign so that your branding is easily seen from all angles on any busy trade show floor. This package also includes a lounge seating area featuring our exclusive Jolt Sobro Coffee Table, a walk-in storage closet with a locking door on one of the sides of the tower, casual meeting areas, 50″ LED display on the tower, and reception counter.  All of our trade show exhibit rental packages feature top-of-the-line technology coupled with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
