Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

Package 437 features an eye-catching tower in the center with header on all 4 sides that will ensure that your branding will be seen on any busy trade show floor, and have the same impact as you would have with a hanging sign without the cost of rigging. This package boasts product display cases around the tower, private conference room with locking door, storage closet with locking door, slat wall on the front of meeting room and storage closet. All of our trade show exhibit rental packages feature top-of-the-line technology coupled with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
