Package 505 maximizes the flow of traffic throughout your space and allows for visitor engagement. This package features a tower with a video wall on both sides plus two freestanding kiosks providing you with a maximum amount of graphic real estate for your branding and messaging. There are areas for casual meetings with your visitors, two pill-shaped reception counters, and walk-in storage closet with locking door.  All of our trade show exhibit rental packages feature top-of-the-line technology coupled with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
