Truly Turnkey Booth Rental Package Includes:

  • Full-Color hi-resolution graphics as per client artwork (see graphic guidelines):
    • Full graphics on the front and back of the tower
    • Full graphics on the inside of the arch
    • Solid color for the arch, the storage closet door, and the panel above the closet door.
    • Full graphics on front of the reception counters
  • 3 – Reception Counter with Locking Door
    • 39″W x 19″D x 39″H
  • Outside panel of the arch and the outer side panel of the tower can have be either a LEDskin video wall or LED backlit graphics
  • 15 – White Shelves
  • Storage Closet with locking door
  • Furniture (based on availability) includes:
  • Vinyl Flooring with Padding or 32oz Carpet – Choose between Gray or Black with Padding

Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

This package features large triangular hanging sign as well as a 16′ tower and arch providing you with a maximum amount of graphic real estate for your branding and messaging. The end of the arch and the outer side panel on the tower can have either LEDskin video wall or LED backlit graphics.  Provides for plenty of room for displaying your products along with LED monitors and counters with locking storage and numerous areas for casual meetings with your visitors.  All of our trade show exhibit rental packages feature top-of-the-line technology coupled with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
