Not Included:

Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

This truly turnkey 20×20 custom trade show booth rental package combine symmetry and simplicity into an efficient design that enables you to maximize your company’s visual impact. Package 463 features a bold 16-foot curved tower with curved bridge headers that connect to two 9.5-foot towers ensuring that your branding will be easily seen on any busy trade show floor. The 16-foot curved tower enables you to have the same impact as you would have with a hanging sign without the cost of rigging.  This package also includes a walk-in storage closet with a locking door on one of the sides of the 16-foot tower, casual meeting area, product or service demo areas with LED monitors and reception counter with locking door.  All of our trade show exhibit rental packages feature top-of-the-line technology coupled with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
