Truly Turnkey Booth Rental Package Includes:

  • All hardware (as shown)
  • Full-Color hi-resolution graphics as per client artwork (see graphic guidelines):
    • Full double-sided graphics on the 16-foot towers
    • Solid Color Komatex on the archway ceilings
    • Logo on the front of the archway.
    • Logo on the front of the reception counter
    • Logo above the LED monitors and full graphics on the inside panels
  • 2 – LED arm lights
  • 1 – 50″ LED Monitors – one mounted on inside of the 16-foot tower without the acrylic panels
  • 2 – 40″ LED Monitors – will be mounted on the aisle side panels
  • Reception Counter
    • 78″W x 19″D x 39″H
    • Locking doors
  • Walk-in Storage with locking door on side of tower
  • Furniture (based on availability) includes:
  • Maple hardwood simulated vinyl flooring with padding

Not Included:

Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

This truly turnkey 20×20 custom trade show booth rental package creates a dramatic look for your brand, and enables you to generate leads and meet with existing clients. Package 431 gives you the opportunity to broadcast your brand across the busy trade show floor with the towering 16-foot tower boasting a vast amount of graphic space on both sides of the tower. The 16-foot tower enables you to have the same impact as you would have with a hanging sign without the cost of rigging.  This package also features high-end elements such as frosted acrylic panels within the tower, and an arch extending from the one of the towers weaving it’s way to the front with integrating monitors lounge seating areas to give you more time to speak with prospective and existing clients.  All of our trade show exhibit rental packages feature top-of-the-line technology coupled with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
