Truly Turnkey Booth Rental Package Includes:

    • Full double-sided graphics on the 16-foot tower
    • Solid Color Komatex on the archway ceiling
    • Logo on the header on the front of the archway
  • 10 LED arm lights
  • 2 – 55″ LED Monitors – one mounted on backwall to the right and left of the archway
  • Workstation Counter
    • 78″W x 19″D x 39″H
    • Locking doors
  • Walk-in Storage with locking door on side of tower
  • Furniture (based on availability) includes:
  • 32oz Carpet – Choose between Gray or Black
  • Trash Receptacle
  • Delivery to and from venue
  • Exhibit install & dismantle
  • Dedicated Account Manager

Not Included:

Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

This truly turnkey 20×20 custom trade show booth rental package creates a dramatic look for your brand, and will enable you to have a premium exhibiting experience. Package 425 gives you the opportunity to broadcast your brand across the busy trade show floor with the towering 16-foot tower boasting a vast amount of graphic space on both sides of the tower. The 16-foot tower enables you to have the same impact as you would have with a hanging sign without the cost of rigging.  This package also features an arch extending from the backwall to the front with a graphic header, product/service demo area, storage area with locking door, and casual meeting areas.  All of our trade show exhibit rental packages feature top-of-the-line technology coupled with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
