Not Included:

Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

This truly turnkey 10×20 custom trade show booth rental package boasts a minimalistic design. The mural will maximize your visual presence. This package provides you with plenty of branding opportunities with full graphics on the backwall. Package 228 features a LED display mounted onto the backwall and shelf below it along with areas for casual meeting space and reception counter with locking door. Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
