  • Walk-in storage closet with locking door
  • 6 LED Arm Lights
  • Reception counter with 1 bar stool
  • 32oz Carpet – Choose between Gray or Black
  • Furniture (based on availability) – Choose 1 Package:
    • Furniture Package A – 1 Bar Height Table & 3 Bar Stools
    • Furniture Package B – 1 Cafe Height Table & 4 Chairs
  • Trash Receptacle

Not Included:

Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

This truly turnkey 10×10 custom trade show booth rental package boasts a stylish design that will maximize your visual presence while still achieving your goals of promoting your brand and displaying your product. You can have a product demos with attendees. For hands-on engagement and product display or demos, there are shelves and a LED monitor on the front of the storage area. This package provides you with plenty of branding opportunities as well. Package 122 features a LED display, a walk-in storage area with locking door, and an area that can be utilized for casual meeting space so you can meet with show attendees. All of our trade show exhibit rental packages feature top-of-the-line technology coupled with lightweight yet sturdy aluminum frames.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
