  • Full-Color hi-resolution graphics as per client artwork (see graphic guidelines):
    • Full graphics on the backwall and sidewalls
    • Logo on plexiglass panel
  • 40″ LED Display mounted on the backwall
  • Reception counter with locking door
  • 32oz Carpet – Choose between Gray or Black or Premium Vinyl Wood Flooring (as shown in images)
  • Furniture (based on availability):
    • 1 Bar Stool placed at reception counter and
    • Choose 1 Package:
      • Furniture Package A – 1 Bar Height Table & 2 Bar Stools
      • Furniture Package B – 1 Cafe Height Table & 2 Chairs
  • Trash Receptacle
  • Delivery to and from venue
  • Exhibit install & dismantle
  • Dedicated Account Manager

Not Included:

Client is responsible for show exclusive services such as electricity, booth vacuuming, material handling (drayage), rigging (if any). Please refer to your show manual for more information.

Additional Costs

We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.

Drayage (material handling)

Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.

Electrical Services

Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.

General Maintenance

Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
