Our 10’x10′ Conference Room provides you and your booth attendees a private meeting area without the distractions on the trade show floor. This conference room will fulfill your needs as either a stand alone solution or incorporated into your trade show booth. With the vast amount of graphic real estate available, attendees will be drawn in to want to learn more about your company. Our trade show conference room rental packages include the structure, graphics, audio visual, furniture, delivery to & from the venue, and install & dismantle.

Client is responsible for any show exclusive service such as electric, plumbing, cleaning, rigging, material handling, etc. Please refer to the exhibitor manual for your show for more information.
We believe in transparency. Your rental includes design, graphics, labor, and logistics, but convention centers often bill separately for essentials like power, rigging, and material handling. Our team can help coordinate these services with you in advance and help build them into your budget—so you’re never caught off guard.
Convention centers often require all freight to be managed by the Show General Contractor. This fee covers material handling and all freight deliveries. Contact your show contractor for details.
Power isn’t always included with your booth rental. The venue will typically charge for each electrical drop or additional outlet you need to keep your displays, monitors, and devices running.
Venues often require specific services to be performed by the show general contractor. This may include drayage, catering, vacuuming, rigging, etc. Please refer to your show contractor for details.
