This is our first trade show, what do you recommend for new exhibitors?

Our trade show exhibit rental packages are a great way to start. You will know your package pricing right up front, and many Exhibit Packages already include items like furniture and LED monitors. This will help you stay on budget.

Do you print graphics?

Yes, we have a high quality large format graphic production department. Please refer to our Graphics Requirements page for more information.

Do you ship the exhibit to the show or do I have to arrange this?

Yes, our warehouse is located in Las Vegas, we will coordinate and comply with all the show’s complicated rules and deadlines. We’re familiar with standard show management policies and Union Work Rules.

Who sets up and takes down my exhibit?

Our installation and dismantle crew will setup and dismantle your Exhibit rental booth. Please refer to our Setup/Breakdown Page

Who will be supervising our exhibit setup?

Your event coordinator whom you work with throughout the process, from your original call to LV Exhibit Rentals will coordinate every aspect from beginning to end of show.

Why are your prices lower than the show contractor?

Being that we are a full-service exhibit company, we specialize in audio visual, furniture, and exhibits. The general contractor is responsible for every aspect of the trade show, so their overhead expenses are larger. They need to charge more to cover expenses.

Is the pricing for renting or purchasing?

Are there any additional charges or hidden fees?

Our exhibit rental packages are truly turnkey, which means they include the structure, graphics, lighting, flooring, audio visual (if needed), furniture, show paperwork assistance, dedicated project manager, delivery to and from venue, and install & dismantle. Our prices include everything that is listed on the formal quote you receive from us. We do not charge anything additional unless you upgrade or add something.

Clients are responsible for all show exclusive services such as electric, drayage, cleaning, floral, rigging, material handling etc. Refer to your show manual for more information about show exclusive services.

Is your company based in Las Vegas?

Yes, we are based in Las Vegas, short driving distance from the Las Vegas Convention Center, Mandalay Bay Convention Center, Sands Expo, etc.

Will you show me how to use the equipment?

Yes, our technicians have many years experience. We will go over the equipment with you before the show opens and will only be a phone call away in the event you need help throughout the show.
