EXHIBIT RENTAL FAQs


My Company has never exhibited at a trade-show. What kind of rental display do you recommend for new exhibitors?

Our rental packages are a great way to start. You will know your budget right up front, and many Exhibit Packages already include items like 32” lcd displays. This will help you stay on budget.

Do you print Graphics?

Yes, we have a high quality large format graphic production department. Graphics allows you to reproduce you company Logo and colors.

Do you ship exhibit to the show or do I have to arrange this?

Yes, Our warehouse located in Las Vegas, will coordinate and comply with all the show complicated rules and deadlines. We are familiar with standard show management policies and Union Work Rules.

Who sets up the exhibit?

Our staff will ensure all union compliance rules are followed.

Who will be supervising our exhibit setup?

Your event coordinator whom you work with through-out the process, from your original call to LV Exhibit Rentals will coordinate every aspect from beginning to end of show.

Why are your prices lower than the show contractors?

We specialize in exhibit packages. The general contractor is responsible for every aspect of the trade show, so their overhead expenses are larger. They need to charge more to cover expenses.

Is this a rental or purchase price?

This is a rental price. We do not sell exhibit packages.

Are there any additional Charges?

The show charges all exhibitors a material handling charge called “Drayage”.

Is your office in Las Vegas or are you located in a different city?

Yes our warehouse is located right off the Las Vegas Strip. Approx 2 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center and 2 miles from Mandalay Bay. We are located within 1 mile of most Hotels.

When I rent furniture or audio visual equipment from you. Do I need to make arrangements to pick it up?

We will deliver all equipment to the venue and work with show management to place inside your booth space.

Will there be technicians on site to help me understand the equipment?

Yes, our technicians have many years experience. We will go over the equipment with you before the show opens and will only be a cell phone call away in the event you need help through-out the show.

Do you setup and take down the equipment?

Yes, we will take care of this task for you.

Do you rent Apple Products?

Yes we rent Macbook Pros’, iPads, and iMac

Do your laptops come with Power Point?

Yes, all our computers have Microsoft Business Suite software

I need laptops in another city. Do you ship nationwide?

Yes we do ship nationwide.
